Can I bring my helper/husband/family member to class?

    Yes, absolutely.
Everybody is welcome at Little classes (up to a maximum of 2 accompanying adults), and we understand sometimes you’re busy but would still like your baby to experience our classes: we make aunties very welcome.

What should I bring to class?

Just bring your regular nappy bag, Little will provide a mat for your baby to lie on and all of the necessary equipment - if your baby is under 3 months - you may wish to bring a swaddle or any soother you may already be using.

    Where is my class?

This depends which class you booked, our schedule is available to view on our booking page and instagram highlights. If you are still unsure, please email admin@little.hk to find out.

What if my baby cries in class?

Your baby is learning to be in their new body and crying is part of that. Little is a safe space where your baby can cry, without you feeling any shame about it.

What if I'm late to class?

If you’re late to class, don’t worry. We will wait a few minutes before beginning class and should you arrive after the class has begun you’re welcome to join at any point.

Will my child catch an illness in class?

At Little we take the utmost care in providing a hygienic venue for our sessions. We source reputable venues and ensure both the classroom and all of the equipment is cleaned before and after sessions. If our instructors are feeling unwell, we will ensure to either provide another instructor, reschedule or cancel the class. Our clients are our main priority, always.

  • How can I reschedule a class I have booked?

You can reschedule up to three hours before the class start time by clicking the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email.

I can’t make it, how can I cancel my class booking?

You can cancel by clicking the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. Please note to receive a refund or credit back into your class pass balance you will need to cancel at least two weeks prior to the class start time.

Will classes go ahead on public holidays?

This will depend on specific circumstances, please check our booking page to confirm whether there are classes on your desired dates.

Will classes go ahead during inclement weather?

There will be no classes in black rain, or T8. For other inclement weather, please keep an eye on your emails, or our instagram page in case we need to cancel the class.

  • Do I need to book my classes every week?
Subscription holders do not need to book classes each week - you will automatically be added to your preferred class and we look forward to seeing you there!

I want to change my regular class. How can I do this?
Please e-mail admin@little.hk to arrange for a change to your preferred day/time/location of class, or if you are ready for your Little to graduate to the next age group.

What if I can’t make it to class one week?
If you’re travelling or unable to come to class for any reason, you have three options:
    1. Make up the session at a different venue or time, perhaps attending two sessions the week before or after your missed class.
    2. Gift or sell your place in class to a friend.
    3. Use one of your “pauses” to extend your subscription period this month.

How can I pause my subscription?

Please e-mail Karly at admin@little.hk to pause your subscription. Let her know how long you’d like to pause for and when you plan to return to classes. Remember that you can pause once every six months.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do this by e-mailing Karly at admin@little.hk. We ask for one week’s notice for cancellations.
