Jen Cooper
An educator of over decade and a mum to a lively Little, Jen is a fully qualified infant massage and baby yoga instructor with an MA in Education. She is a passionate believer in the power of infant massage, and founded Little in 2022 to bring this amazing and ancient practice to families in Hong Kong.
In launching this online course, she hopes to spread her knowledge even further, helping parents and caregivers just like you, all over the world, to learn this powerful form of baby care. She aim is that you will find this course useful, easy to follow and fun.

Massage along to our specially designed audio tracks. Allow Jen to guide you through the massage strokes you have learned in real time as you practice on your baby. Forever Little costs HKD$550, (approx. GBP£56, USD$71, EUR€65) which provides you with lifetime access. Come back to its clear and practical lessons for years to come, as your baby grows and even if you welcome new Littles to the world!

You can work through this course at your own pace. Each demonstration video is around 5-10 minutes long, with a detailed visual guide to go with it. There’s also an accompanying audio track of around 10 minutes, which walks you through massaging your baby in real time.

This course has been created for parents or caregivers of Littles, whatever their age. Whether you’re Mummy, Daddy, a Grandparent, a nanny, a domestic helper, family member or close friend, you’ll find this course helpful in finding new ways to interact with the Little in your life.
It’s important to note that completing this course does not qualify you to teach or instruct others on performing infant massage. If you are interested in qualifying in this field, please reach out to us and we can help!
