Terms and Conditions: Little classes

General
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Little and its clients (“Participants”). By enrolling in classes, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Enrollment
Participants must complete the enrollment process, including payment of fees, to secure a spot in any class. Enrollment is subject to availability.
Class Schedule
Classes will be held at the designated venue as per the published schedule. Little reserves the right to modify the schedule as necessary.
Class Cancellation
Little reserves the right to cancel a session, class, or course if minimum class sizes are not met, if there are issues with the venue, or in the case of staff illness. In the event of a cancellation, Participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
Withdrawal and Attendance Policy
Failing to attend a scheduled class is considered a 'no show,' and no refund or rescheduling is permitted in this case.
Fees and Payment
Participants agree to pay the fees as outlined on Little’s website or promotional materials. Fees must be paid in full prior to attending classes.
Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate in classes. Little reserves the right to refuse participation if a health concern is evident.
Inclement Weather Policy
Classes are cancelled when: T8/9/10 or black rain storm is hoisted 3 hours before the class - no refund for packages or paid classes will be provided. Makeup classes will be available.
If the HK Observatory gives warning that a T8 or black rainstorm is expected to be hoisted within 2 hours of classes starting, Little reserves the right to cancel classes at their discretion - no refund for packages or paid classes will be provided.
Classes will resume if: T8 or black rainstorm warning is lowered 3 hours before your class start time, provided conditions are safe for students and staff to travel to the venue. Little reserves the right to delay resumption of classes at their discretion.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors and fellow students. Little reserves the right to remove any Participant from the class who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that participation in classes involves inherent risks. By enrolling, Participants accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. Little shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.
Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided during classes are the intellectual property of Little. Participants may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Amendments
Little reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of any new Terms and Conditions.
E-mails and marketing
Little may contact you from time to time regarding your bookings or special offers/news that may interest you. Little will never share your personal information with any third parties.
