Little Blue

For toddlers from 2-4 years

Ideal for children aged between 1.5y and 3y, Little Blue classes have been designed to encourage the emotional development of your toddler, as well as their physical development. Combining kids yoga poses and movements, story time, mindful exercises and sensory play, Little Blue classes are a fun, safe and nurturing environment to allow your busy toddler to explore their imagination!

 

At Little, we believe that the emotional development of every child is as important as their physical development. That’s why we place such an emphasis on wellbeing in every single class: we practice breathing exercises and mindful games which encourage children to truly experience each moment.

 

As well as develop healthy coping mechanisms to manage their emotions, Toddler yoga is a wonderful way for your little one to enjoy and explore their physical capabilities. Children grow in confidence as they learn what their bodies are capable of, and they enjoy the sensation of growing in strength and skill each week.

 

Little Blue classes take place in small groups with a maximum class size of 6. This allows for a really personalised experience, and plenty of interaction with our welcoming and approachable instructor.
