Toddler yoga

Send your child on a literary adventure each week, as we explore stories through movement.

Every session is based upon a book. As a group we read the story together, talk about what the characters are feeling and what they might do. Inspired by the action of the story, the children are led through a series of yoga inspired movements and poses. We practice mindfulness and breathing exercises and take a moment to enjoy silence. To finish the class, we explore some themed sensory activities together, and play games.

At toddler yoga classes, children not only develop bodily awareness and gross motor skills: they also learn compassion, confidence and build on their emotional development. With a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence, toddler yoga is a wonderful way to help your toddler grow into a resilient and confident child.
